Its ability to take off and land at short, remote bush airstrips, its fast cruising speed at higher altitudes, and its long-range capabilities afford us unmatched flexibility. We set our own schedules, flying direct and avoiding layovers, allowing us the freedom to make the most of our adventures on land. The customized interior accommodates only 8 travelers in 1x1 VIP-style window seats—so all can view the extraordinary landscapes below.

Manufactured by the Pilatus Aircraft Company in Switzerland, the PC12 is a modern, state-of-the-art aircraft, operated by Sefofane Air (in 2012) or Wilderness Air (in 2013), who have been flying guests to remote bush camps for almost 20 years. The fleet is maintained to the highest standards, and travelers are flown by experienced pilots who have been specially chosen for their extensive knowledge of southern Africa, and keen attention to travelers’ comfort and safety.
